Tiny Cheese Puffs

Slice off the top of these tiny puffs and fill them with a mixture of mayonnaise, chopped ham, cubed cheese, and dried basil. Any sandwich filling could be used in these easy little puffs.

  • 1 cup water
  • 1⁄2 cup butter
  • 1⁄2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1⁄2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In heavy saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to a rolling boil. Add salt and flour all at once. Cook and stir over medium heat until dough forms a ball and cleans sides of pan. Remove from heat and beat in eggs, one at a time, until well combined. Stir in cheese.
  • Drop dough by teaspoons onto prepared baking sheet. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes or until dough is puffed, golden brown, and firm. Remove from baking sheet and cool on wire rack.
