Toast with Gorgonzola, Apple, and Honey

  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • 8 oz. Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 medium Fuji apple, cored and sliced
  • ¼ cup honey


  • Spread each bread slice with 1 tablespoon of Gorgonzola. Lay apple slices on top and drizzle honey over them.
