Toast with Gorgonzola, Apple, and Honey

- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 8 oz. Gorgonzola cheese
- 1 medium Fuji apple, cored and sliced
- ¼ cup honey
- Spread each bread slice with 1 tablespoon of Gorgonzola. Lay apple slices on top and drizzle honey over them.
