Toasted Bread Cubes for Fondue
Use these flavorful bread cubes in place of regular bread cubes when you want to add a bit of extra flavor to a cheese fondue.

- 1 loaf whole wheat bread, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup melted butter or olive oil
- Brush 1 side of each bread slice with 1 teaspoon of the melted. Broil the bread on that side. Repeat with the remaining butter and caraway seeds on the other side; broil. Cut the toasted bread into rectangular cubes approximately 2 inches long and 1 inch wide.
