Toasted Pita Chips

Once you start toasting these, you'll keep them as a kitchen staple!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • sea salt, to taste
  • 1 package pita bread

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425° F. Cut each pita bread into 6-8 wedges. Lightly brush with olive oil and lightly sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until very lightly browned. Serve with hummus and fresh vegetables.
