Tofu Berry Smoothie
This smoothie creates a beneficial blend of powerful antioxidants that act to promote the health of all of the bodyʼs cells while providing the essential protein needed to promote the chemical reactions that take place within them.

- ½ package (16 oz.) silken tofu
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries, tops removed
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup water
- Combine the tofu, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, ½ cup of ice, and ½ cup of water in a blender. Blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining ice and water as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
