Tofu Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened peach slices
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup soft silken tofu
- 2 tsp. honey
- 4 tsp. toasted wheat germ
Directions
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Add a little chilled water, if necessary.
