Tofu Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened peach slices
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup soft silken tofu
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 4 tsp. toasted wheat germ

Directions

  • Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Add a little chilled water, if necessary.
