Tomato Avocado Salsa

- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1 small red onion, peeled and chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
- 2 medium avocados, peeled, pitted, and chopped
- 1⁄4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1⁄4 tsp. salt
- In a bowl combine tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and garlic.
- Stir in avocados, pepper, and salt. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
