Tomato Garlic Dressing

  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. salt-free tomato paste
  • 1½ tsp. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp. agave nectar
  • ⅛ tsp. ground white pepper

Directions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
