Tomato Juice

When you don’t have time to eat your daily vegetable allowance, try whipping up this quick and easy tomato juice recipe to satisfy your daily needs.

  • 1 can (13.5 oz.) unsalted, diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • ⅛ tsp. chili pepper
  • 2 celery stalks, for garnish


  • Pour diced tomatoes into blender and blend until smooth. Combine lemon juice, lime juice, pepper, and chili pepper and blend completely. Chill at least 1 hour.
  • Pour into glasses and garnish with celery.
