- 1 can (13.5 oz.) unsalted, diced tomatoes
- ½ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 1 tsp. pepper
- ⅛ tsp. chili pepper
- 2 celery stalks, for garnish
- Pour diced tomatoes into blender and blend until smooth. Combine lemon juice, lime juice, pepper, and chili pepper and blend completely. Chill at least 1 hour.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with celery.
