Tropical Breakfast Bowl
Try this cool, refreshing smoothie bowl topped with sweet fruit, toasty coconut and crunchy almonds…effortlessly delicious!

- 1 package Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Classic French Vanilla
- 1⁄4 cup Orange Juice
- 1⁄4 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 tablespoon toasted almonds, chopped
- 1 tablespoon flaked coconut, toasted
- 1⁄2 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1⁄2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- Combine the first 4 ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
- Pour smoothie into a bowl. Top with almonds, coconut, banana and kiwi.
- Serve immediately.
