Ingredients

  • ½ ripe banana, peeled and frozen
  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • ½ cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • ¼ cup mango nectar
  • ¼ cup soy protein powder
  • ⅛ tsp. ground ginger

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Serve immediately.
