Tropical Paradise Smoothie
This smoothie is worthy of those cute little drink umbrellas. The combination of tropical fruit makes for a light and satisfying smoothie that will rejuvenate your energy and awaken your taste buds!

- 1 1⁄2 cups coconut meat, mashed and softened
- 1 cup fresh pineapple
- 1⁄2 cup mango
- 1 clementine, peeled
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 2 cups ice
- Combine coconut, pineapple, mango, clementine, and coconut milk in the blender with 1⁄2 cup of the ice and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining ice gradually while blending until desired consistency is reached.
