  • 1 1⁄2 cups coconut meat, mashed and softened
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1⁄2 cup mango
  • 1 clementine, peeled
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 cups ice


  • Combine coconut, pineapple, mango, clementine, and coconut milk in the blender with 1⁄2 cup of the ice and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining ice gradually while blending until desired consistency is reached.
