Tropical Peach Sorbet
When the weather is hot and you’re looking for a cold, refreshing treat, try this homemade sorbet recipe.

- 3 cups chopped peeled peaches
- ½ cup cold water
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1¼ cups plus unsweetened shredded coconut
- In a food processor or blender, combine mangoes and water; process until smooth. Add lemon juice and 1 cup coconut; process until smooth.
- Transfer to a plastic container and freeze until solid, about 2 hours. Top with remaining ¼ coconut.
