Tropical Smoothies

Boy, is this smoothie good for you! It’s high in fiber, very low in fat, and gives you almost half your daily requirements of vitamins A and C.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas, frozen
  • 3 cups apricot nectar
  • 1 jar (16 oz.) mango slices, drained
  • 3 cups low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender; process or blend until mixed and smooth. Serve immediately.
