Tropical Soy Nog

Be sure to peel your papaya before you cut it into chunks and throw it in the blender—the skin isnʼt edible!

  • 3⁄4 cup soy milk
  • 1 1⁄2 cups frozen chopped papaya
  • 1 1⁄2 tsp. fresh lemon zest
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract


  • Pour soy milk into blender. Add peeled papaya, lemon zest, and vanilla. Blend on high speed until smooth and serve immediately.
