Turkey Cranberry Flatbread
This heavenly flatbread recipe will transport you back to the comfort of Thanksgiving dinner – without having to spend hours in the kitchen.

Ingredients
- 5 ounces Boursin garlic and herb cheese
- 3 naan ovals, warmed
- 3⁄4 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 ounces Simple Truth Organic™ Baby Spinach
- 1 1⁄2 pounds Simple Truth™ Off the Bone Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, sliced and warmed
- Coarse salt, to taste
- Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Directions
- Divide garlic and herb cheese among the naan ovals.
- Spoon the cranberry sauce and spread evenly over top. Stack the spinach and press lightly. Top each with turkey slices and season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the naan diagonally to serve.
