Turnip Temptation Smoothie
When was the last time you ate a turnip? This rarely enjoyed root vegetable is a great addition to any diet.

- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 turnips, peeled and cut to fit blender
- 2 medium carrots, peeled
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 cups purified water
- Place romaine, turnips, carrots, celery, and 1 cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining 1 cup water, as needed, while blending until desired texture is achieved.
