Uncooked Applesauce

Ingredients

  • 4 apples
  • ⅓ cup apple juice
  • ⅛ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

  • Peel apples, core, and dice. Combine in food processor or blender with remaining ingredients. Blend or process until desired consistency. Cover and chill for 3 hours before serving.
  • Store covered in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
