Vanilla Almond Butter
Store-bought almond butter can have questionable ingredients, but you can use this recipe to create luscious nut butters flavored with fragrant vanilla right in your home . . . with no questions about the purity or processing.

- 2 cups almonds, soaked
- 2 Tbsp. olive, sesame, or flax oil
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Homogenize the almonds in a masticating juicer. Alternatively, process the almonds in a food processor with an S blade until the almonds stick to the walls.
- Gradually add in the oil, salt, and vanilla until creamy.
