  • 4 medium bananas, peeled
  • 1 vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped out
  • 2 cups vanilla kefir
  • 1 cup ice


  • Place bananas, vanilla seeds, and 1 cup kefir in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining kefir and ice while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
