- 4 medium bananas, peeled
- 1 vanilla bean, split and seeds scraped out
- 2 cups vanilla kefir
- 1 cup ice
- Place bananas, vanilla seeds, and 1 cup kefir in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining kefir and ice while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
