- ¼ cup vegetable shortening
- 1 egg white
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
- Combine ½ cup confectioners’ sugar and shortening in a bowl; beat until mixture is crumbly.
- Beat in egg and vanilla. Add rest of confectioners’ sugar; beat until smooth.
