Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
Want more vanilla flavor? Scrape the seeds from half a vanilla bean into the mixture with the rest of the ingredients. It won’t be steeped, but it will offer a subtle flavor pop and increased aroma.

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 cups plain whole-milk yogurt
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.
- Add to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer’s instructions for freezing.
