Vanilla-Lavender Tea

Black tea, green tea, or white tea will all work well in this recipe. The choice is yours!

Ingredients

  • 4 black tea bags
  • 8 cups water
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 sprigs lavender

Directions

  • Place the tea bags, water, vanilla extract, and sugar in a 4-quart slow cooker.
  • Wrap lavender sprigs in a cheese cloth, tie with kitchen twine, and add to the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours.
  • Remove the tea bags and lavender before serving the tea warm.
