Vegan Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegan margarine
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 5⅓ cups confectioners’ sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

  • Mix vegan margarine and cocoa powder with electric mixer set to low speed. Slowly introduce confectioners’ sugar and water, alternating between the two.
  • Mix at a slightly higher speed until desired consistency is achieved. Add vanilla.
