Vegan Chocolate Frosting
The creamy, buttery taste of this rich, fudgy frosting will fool people into thinking it’s not really vegan.

Makes: 8 cups
- 1 cup vegan margarine
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 5⅓ cups confectioners’ sugar
- ½ cup water
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- Mix vegan margarine and cocoa powder with electric mixer set to low speed. Slowly introduce confectioners’ sugar and water, alternating between the two.
- Mix at a slightly higher speed until desired consistency is achieved. Add vanilla.
