Vegan Chocolate Ganache

This is a silky-smooth chocolate icing, perfect for cakes and pastries. Substitute plain or vanilla soymilk when soy creamer is not available.

  • ¾ cup soy creamer
  • 4 Tbsp. vegan margarine
  • 12 oz. vegan chocolate chips


  • Place soy creamer and margarine in a bowl over a pan of gently simmering water and heat until the margarine melts.
  • Add the vegan chocolate chips and continue to heat, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth.
  • Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Reheat in a bowl over warm water as needed.
