Vegan Chocolate Hazelnut Spread

  • 2 cups chopped hazelnuts
  • 1⁄2 cup cocoa powder
  • 3⁄4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1⁄2 tsp. vanilla
  • 5 Tbsp. vegetable oil


  • Process hazelnuts in a food processor until very finely ground, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Add cocoa powder, sugar, and vanilla, and process to combine.
  • Add oil, just a little bit at a time, until mixture is soft and creamy and desired consistency is reached.
