Vegan Confetti Dip
This plant-based take on an iconic 90s snack craze brings both nostalgia and an irresistibly sweet dessert to the party.

Ingredients
- 1 cup plant-butter, softened
- 3 tablespoons vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 3⁄4 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon almond extract
- 1⁄4 cup rainbow sprinkles
- Animal crackers, for dipping
Directions
- In large mixing bowl, use hand mixer to beat plant-butter and pudding mix until smooth. Add powdered sugar, salt and almond extract. Beat until creamy.
- Stir in sprinkles.
- Transfer to serving bowl. Serve with animal crackers.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
