Ingredients

  • 1 cup plant-butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 3⁄4 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1⁄4 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • Animal crackers, for dipping

Directions

  • In large mixing bowl, use hand mixer to beat plant-butter and pudding mix until smooth. Add powdered sugar, salt and almond extract. Beat until creamy.
  • Stir in sprinkles.
  • Transfer to serving bowl. Serve with animal crackers.
  • Refrigerate leftovers.
