- 8 oz. vegan cream cheese
- 4 Tbsp. vegan margarine, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and margarine on medium speed until blended.
- Add vanilla extract and confectioners' sugar and continue to beat until smooth.
- Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
