Vegan Dark Chocolate–Covered Pretzels
Who doesn’t love chocolate-covered pretzels? Have these on hand when you need a sweet and salty fix.

- 3 oz. vegan dark chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable shortening
- 12 gluten-free mini pretzels
- Melt chocolate and shortening over a double boiler. Stir until smooth and combined.
- Remove from heat. Dip each pretzel in chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper and chill in refrigerator until firm.
