Vegan Espresso Chocolate Pudding
This smooth, creamy pudding contains two superfoods: maca and cacao. Cacao powder is made from unprocessed cacao pods and maca powder is made from the root of an Andean plant. You could substitute carob for the cacao.

- 1 cup peeled and sliced banana
- 1⁄2 cup peeled and pitted avocado
- 2 Tbsp. cacao powder
- 2 tsp. maca powder
- 2 tsp. espresso powder
- 1 tsp. agave syrup
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Serve in small dishes.
