  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cucumber, peeled
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 cup purified water


  • Place spinach, cucumber, celery, garlic, and 1⁄2 cup of purified water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining 1⁄2 cup water while blending until desired texture is achieved.
