Very Veggie Smoothie
Spinach acts as the green base of this smoothie. But you’ll find plentiful colors—and tastes—coming from the addition of carrots, celery, tomato, green onion, and parsley.

- 1 cup baby spinach
- 2 medium celery stalks
- 2 medium carrots, peeled
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 medium green onion
- 1 small sprig fresh parsley
- 1 cup purified water, divided
- Place spinach, celery, carrots, tomato, green onion, parsley, and 1⁄2 cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- If necessary, continue adding remaining 1⁄2 cup water while blending until desired texture is achieved.
