Vietnamese Avocado Smoothie (Sinh tố bơ)

Use a fleshy, ripe avocado for this recipe to get the most flavor and creaminess. You can substitute coconut milk for the whole milk for even more flavor!

  • 1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1⁄3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1⁄2 cup whole milk


  • Place all ingredients into blender and purée until smooth, about 30 seconds. Divide between two glasses and serve immediately.
