Vietnamese Avocado Smoothie (Sinh tố bơ)
Use a fleshy, ripe avocado for this recipe to get the most flavor and creaminess. You can substitute coconut milk for the whole milk for even more flavor!

- 1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1⁄3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1⁄2 cup whole milk
- Place all ingredients into blender and purée until smooth, about 30 seconds. Divide between two glasses and serve immediately.
