Vietnamese Fresh Peach Tea
This refreshing tea is perfect during the hot summer months when peaches are in season. If peaches are not in season feel free to use frozen peaches.

- 2 cups peach slices
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 cups water, divided
- 4 black tea bags
- In a small saucepan, combine peaches, sugar, and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn off heat and let stand at room temperature to cool.
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan over high heat. Remove from heat, add tea bags, and steep for 5 minutes. Remove teabags and discard.
- In a large pitcher, combine remaining water, peach mixture, and tea. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Serve over ice.
