  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

  • Whip cream and vanilla in medium bowl with a whisk by hand, to almost soft peaks.
  • In a separate bowl, sift together the sugar, flour, and cornstarch. Add mixture to cream, and stir until combined.
  • Chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour, then prepare on waffle iron according to manufacturer’s instructions. While still hot, wrap each waffle around a cone roller, shape by hand, or press into a bowl for an alternate vessel shape.
