Walnut Fig Dressing
Try this sweet nutty salad dressing over sweet or savory salads. It also doubles as a meat marinade.

- 3⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup walnut oil
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 large dried fig
- 3 large walnut halves
- 1⁄4 tsp. salt
- 1⁄8 tsp. garlic powder
- In a high-powered blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
