Warm Fresh Ginger Tea

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2" piece fresh gingerroot, grated
  • Juice of ½ medium lemon
  • 1 tsp. pure maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp. Himalayan salt


  • Combine all ingredients in a small pitcher. Let sit 2–3 minutes. Strain into teacup and serve.
