  • 1⁄2 pineapple, peeled and cored
  • 2 medium Bartlett pears, cored
  • 1 large lemon, peeled


  • Juice pineapple, pear, and lemon. Transfer juice to a small saucepan and heat until steaming, but not boiling. Serve hot.
