Wasabi Aioli

Wasabi root can be difficult to find at your local grocery store. Feel free to substitute with either wasabi powder or wasabi paste.

  • 1 cup good-quality mayonnaise
  • ½ Tbsp. wasabi paste
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • ¼ tsp. kosher salt
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil


  • In a bowl, whisk ingredients together. Refrigerate, covered, for at least 30 minutes. Wasabi Aioli can be stored in a sealed container for 2 days in the refrigerator.
