Traditional wasabi paste is made with real mayonnaise. This version is Paleo friendly and can be used with sushi or other types of proteins.

- 2 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. mustard powder
- 2 Tbsp. wasabi powder
- 1½ cups grape seed oil
- Combine eggs, lemon juice, mustard powder, and wasabi powder in a food processor and pulse until blended.
- Drizzle grape seed oil into egg mixture slowly and continue to pulse until completely blended.
