If you don’t have an ice cream maker, freeze this in your freezer.

- 2 cups sweet watermelon, seeds removed
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 Tbsp. Splenda
- ½ tsp. salt
- Combine the melon, Splenda, lime juice, and salt in your food processor.
- Following the directions on an ice cream maker, freeze the sorbet. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, freeze it for at least 2 hours in a baking dish in your regular freezer. Break it up with a fork every 30 minutes.
