- 1 cup romaine lettuce
- 1 cup broccoli
- 6 asparagus stalks
- 1 tomato
- 1 green onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cups purified water
Directions
- Place romaine, broccoli, asparagus, tomato, onion, and garlic with 1 cup of water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
- Add remaining 1 cup of water as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
