  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 6 asparagus stalks
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 green onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups purified water

Directions

  • Place romaine, broccoli, asparagus, tomato, onion, and garlic with 1 cup of water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
  • Add remaining 1 cup of water as needed while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
