Weight Loss Shake

- 1 medium sugar beet
- 5 medium carrots, trimmed
- 2 stalks celery, including leaves
- 1 medium cucumber, cut into chunks
- 1 large grapefruit, peeled
- 1 medium kiwi
- 1 medium plum, pitted
- 2 medium pears, cored
- 2 medium apples, cored
- Process the beet and carrots through an electronic juicer according to the manufacturer’s directions.
- Add the celery and cucumber.
- Add the grapefruit and kiwi, followed by the plum.
- Add the pears and apples.
- Whisk or shake the juice to combine the ingredients. Serve straight up or over ice.
