Whipped Ricotta Dip

Ingredients
- 16 oz. ricotta
- 1 tbsp. honey, plus more for garnish
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Sea salt, to taste
- Red pepper flakes, for garnish
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Directions
- In food processor, combine ricotta, honey and olive oil.
- Process until smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Salt to taste.
- Scoop into ramekin or bowl. Top with more honey, red pepper flakes and basil.
