Whiskey Stout Cocktail
This cocktail has everything you could ask for on St. Patrick’s Day…beer, chocolate, cream and a kick of whiskey!

- 2 ounces Irish whiskey
- 2 ounces crème de cocoa
- 1 bottle (11.2 oz.) Guinness Stout, chilled
- 1 ounce Half & Half
- Fill 2 highball glasses with ice. Add an ounce each of whiskey and crème de cocoa to each glass.
- Top with Guinness and half & half, stirring gently to combine.
