White Bean Hummus
Tahini is a paste made from ground sesame seeds. There are two types of tahini—hulled and unhulled. Unhulled tahini is the best choice because it’s made from whole sesame seeds and therefore contains all of the nutrients.

- 1 can (15.5 oz.) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15.5 oz.) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- ½ cup tahini
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp. ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- Put all ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth.
