White Chocolate Syrup
Chocolate syrup gets a new twist by using white chocolate in place of the traditional milk chocolate. Try it with fruit, such as strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries.

Ingredients
- 16 oz. white chocolate, finely chopped
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1⁄4 cup light corn syrup
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
- Melt the chocolate in the top of a double boiler over hot water, stirring until smooth. Set aside.
- Combine the water, sugar, and corn syrup in a heavy-bottomed saucepan over low heat. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously. Remove from heat, cool for 5 minutes, and blend in the melted chocolate and vanilla.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
