White Chocolate Syrup

Chocolate syrup gets a new twist by using white chocolate in place of the traditional milk chocolate. Try it with fruit, such as strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries.

  • 16 oz. white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 3⁄4 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1⁄4 cup light corn syrup
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract


  • Melt the chocolate in the top of a double boiler over hot water, stirring until smooth. Set aside.
  • Combine the water, sugar, and corn syrup in a heavy-bottomed saucepan over low heat. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously. Remove from heat, cool for 5 minutes, and blend in the melted chocolate and vanilla.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
