Winey Briny Pickles
If you love white wine, why not add it to your pickle juice, too? These deliciously boozy pickles make a scrumptious snack. You can also add a dash of the brine to cocktails for flavorful, savory tasty twist.

- ½ cup champagne vinegar
- ½ cup white wine
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. kosher salt
- ½ tsp. dried fennel seed
- 1 sprig fresh dill
- ½ lb. cucumbers, sliced
- In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, cook vinegar, champagne, wine, honey, salt, and fennel seed together until mixture begins to simmer and salt dissolves.
- Place cucumbers in a 1-pint mason jar. Cover with brine. Twist lid on tightly.
- Refrigerate overnight. Store in refrigerator and enjoy within 4 weeks.
