Yogurt Bowl with Raspberry-Honey Chia Jam

Chia and raspberries combine to create a quick and simple, honey-sweetened jam in seconds! Stirred into yogurt and topped with berries, this one makes a beautiful breakfast, lovely light lunch, or healthy dessert.

  • 3⁄4 cup fresh raspberries, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1⁄4 cup granola


  • In a medium bowl, mash together 1⁄2 cup raspberries, honey, and chia seeds.
  • Place yogurt in a bowl. Top with raspberry-chia jam. Stir to swirl.
  • Top with granola and remaining raspberries.
