Yogurt Bowl with Raspberry-Honey Chia Jam
Chia and raspberries combine to create a quick and simple, honey-sweetened jam in seconds! Stirred into yogurt and topped with berries, this one makes a beautiful breakfast, lovely light lunch, or healthy dessert.

- ¾ cup fresh raspberries, divided
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- ¼ cup granola
- In a medium bowl, mash together ½ cup raspberries, honey, and chia seeds.
- Place yogurt in a bowl. Top with raspberry-chia jam. Stir to swirl.
- Top with granola and remaining raspberries.
