Yogurt and Cucumber Dip
Make this refreshing classic dip with plain yogurt, cucumber, fresh dill, and lemon juice. Use it to top lamb burgers, as a sauce with grilled meats, or as a vegetable dip.

- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup cucumber, peeled, seeded, and finely diced
- 1 1⁄2 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
- 1 1⁄2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1⁄4 tsp. salt
- 1⁄4 tsp. ground black pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
